Quality and security certificates

Owing to our long-standing experience and expertise and continuous vocational development of our staff, we provide our clients with top quality services. The fact that we have continued to secure compliance certificates of AQAP Quality Management Systems and of PN-EN ISO in respect of the design of technical property protection systems; performance of technical and physical protection of persons and property; and of cleaning services testifies to our commitment to continuous service quality improvement. Such certificates retain their validity for as long as we strictly comply with the requirements they specify; which is evaluated by external auditors on a regular basis, in order to provide a guarantee of ongoing upgrading of our quality management processes.
In the interest of our clients, we also subjected ourselves to a long and meticulous process of verification by the Polish Internal Security Agency (ABW). Their certificates confirm our full capacity for protection of restricted information classified as “confidential” and our ICT system’s compliance with the required security standards.

We operate in a reliable and professional manner, respecting our customers’ interests, the law and professional ethical codes, which the “Security” – Polish Employers’ Association has confirmed in their official recommendation. We follow the electronic protection engineers’ and technicians’ code of ethics in practice, which is a necessary condition for obtaining the “Polalarm” Association certificate, which we hold.
